Don’t let the list fool you about the time it will take. You should be able to do all of Step One in two or less hours. So begin. When you are finished email me your responses and questions to me and we will set up a phone call.
No one will see Step One except you and me unless you decide to share it with those who are making this journey with you.
No one fills out Step One material other than the lead pastor – even if the material tells you otherwise. It may be used later by some of your staff if we deem it appropriate.

Read the appropriate Breaking Barriers Workbook. Example: if your church is 350 in worship you need to read the Breaking the 500 workbook. Access to these workbooks is to your right in the box.
